1994 - Porsche 964 Widebody Turbo 3.6

Popularized by the the film “Bad Boys”, the 1994 Porsche 911 Turbo 3.6 (internal code and generation 964) came in close to the end of the air cooled 911’s. A classic car, with a reputation for highly skilled drivers.

Equipped with 18” alloy wheels and Yokohama sticky tires, the 946 turbo can keep its power down while maintaining a highly dialed in rear wheel drive system. Full boost comes alive around 3500 rpm, and when you’ve made it to about fourth gear you’ve run out of road.

The 964 turbo has a redline of roughly 6600 rpm, with boost available very early on in the power band. With 360hp available in a 3,274 lbs. vehicle, this car was purpose built for fulfilment, joy and extreme speed.

Smoother and slower low rpm response at low horse power, combined with new underpinnings makes this 3.6 turbo incredibly stable and controllable.
